Debi has over nine years of Lake Norman Real Estate experience. She started her local career after being an agent in Connecticut for six years.
When she began her career here, she found herself becoming a Real Estate expert by handling many Lake Norman, NC Waterfront Condos for Sale as well as Lake Norman Waterfront Homes for Sale. The market was fantastic and she found herself working in Real Estate all around the Lake in the towns of Mooresville, NC Homes and Davidson Real Estate; not to mention Denver, NC and Huntersville.
She was a Top Producer and Award Winning Agent for the Allen Tate Company. So good in fact that she eventually left there to start up her own company named after her. During her time on her own, she also became highly qualified in buying Lake Norman, NC Land for Sale.
